Filippo è armatore e skipper della sua barca. Una vera fusione. Sempre sicuro delle manovre su una barca che è una fortezza. Navigando fra Tenerife e La Gomera con 40 e anche raffiche a 50 nodi, questa è la vera navigazione in oceano che non avevo mai avuto l'ebrezza di provare. Con Filippo è tutto facile. E c'è da imparare anche dopo 15 anni di vela. Molto preparato anche per escursioni e trekking notevoli, come Las Ventanas de Guimar. Non potevo non citare le sue grigliate e zuppe di pesce. Inoltre se ti fa impazzire il pesce-palla alla griglia, Filippo è anche un grande pescatore a traina :-) (Lo salva la fiocina) Grande Filippo!

Un grand merci à Filippo qui m'a fait découvrir son bateau, la navigation et une petite partie des îles Canaries. En plus d'être sympathique, passionné, disponible c'est aussi un excellent cuisinier! Un seul regret c'était trop court alors je pense revenir pour une croisière plus longue. Sylvie
