Learning in a serene atmosphere, encouraging those who might take a back seat for fear of making a mistake, my role is to put you in a situation where you can make mistakes without danger. I sail stress-free, taking the time to explain the manoeuvres, the settings, the navigation rules, the map navigation, etc. I make sure that there is a good balance of participation between all those who want to participate; I break down the manoeuvres in advance, I help to position yourself on board and make the right movements so as not to get injured. My motto: Everyone has their own learning pace. It's better to ask a question and take the risk of sounding stupid for 5 minutes than not to ask it and remain ignorant all your life.
