Di origini siciliane è nato a Palermo e cresciuto a Milano. Giuseppe ha un ampio bagaglio di competenze in campo marino e nautico che risale al 1992, che spaziano dalla subacquea alla conduzione di imbarcazioni a motore , yacht, barche a Vela, come Skipper professionista. Di recente si è trasferito in Toscana, dove propone esperienze e tour in barca a vela all' Elba, Giglio, giannutrii , argentario e arcipelago toscano.
