The indicated price includes accommodation on board each participant in a double cabin shared with another participant of the same sex and with shared outdoor bathrooms, final cleaning, skipper, boat liability insurance

The starter pack is € 160/person/week, is paid in cash directly to the organization on the day of embarkation and includes: set of linen (sheets, pillowcases for the cabin of two people, toilet towels per person), outboard for tender, use of the tender with engine for embarkation/disembarkation from land, gasoline for the tender, boat deposit reduction, berth in the port on the days of embarkation and disembarkation, Velasquez gadgets and the fuel fee of € 40 flat rate

The common fund covers: galley, mooring and port costs during the week (excluding the first and last night at the port of embarkation which are included) the ticket to sail in the La Maddalena Archipelago Park, SUP if inserted, miscellaneous for the out-of-pocket expenses of the boat consumption

PLANE: Flights to Olbia, landing by about 12 noon + transfer on request to be quoted or autonomous taxi (about 30 minutes)

FERRY: Ferry to Olbia, with boarding on Friday evening, arrival in Olbia on Saturday morning at about 8 am, + transfer on request to be quoted or autonomous taxi (about 30 minutes)

CAR: independently reaching Cala dei Sardi (province of Olbia) – Suggested weekly parking in the Marina, on request: 120€/car/week (by reservation)

We will sail aboard large and comfortable sailboats, from 13 to 15 meters (years of construction from 2011 to 2021) each with 4 or 5 cabins, with 2 or 3 bathrooms, with 8/10 seats

The accommodations are organized by Velasquez creating balanced crews according to the following factors: age range, balanced mix of men and women, degree of sailing experience

Immediately after the Briefing, around 4 p.m., the crews, boat by boat, provide according to a guide list provided and tested by us, but also with everyone's personal preferences, to make a galley in the nearby supermarket. The aim is to make the best galley following a list that helps as a guide but managing the specific preferences of all participants. Free shuttles arranged by us will be able to take the crews to the supermarket to buy the galley with round trip

In a participatory atmosphere, the preparation of meals and the internal order of the boat are delegated exclusively to the participants, fun experiences of friendship and sharing

On the boat and at sea you don't need much: beach towel, beach slippers, swimsuits, personal belongings and sportswear. For the planned evenings on land you can bring something more elegant, but you will see that a light luggage will be all you need. After your booking, you will receive a sheet that will guide you in preparing your luggage

The security deposit amounts to €100/person and must be paid by card 7 days before the embarkation date or in cash to the skipper at the time of embarkation. It guarantees accessories ordered by you if not previously welded, and any damage produced inside the boat. Any damage, unless caused by the inexperience of an individual, will be divided among the entire crew. In the absence of damage or loss or unpaid expenses, it will be returned upon disembarkation.

As every year, we can change the itinerary if the weather and sea conditions, or other technical needs suggest it, but this only in order to make you experience your holiday in the most beautiful and hospitable places. Every year our itinerary has been very much liked by the participants, and it has been as planned almost always ;)

Saturday: arrival at the Marina di Cala dei Sardi from 12 noon to 1 pm, registration of participants, free lunch - Briefing at 3 pm, Galley at 4 pm/6 pm, at 7 pm on board. We set sail on Sunday morning at 10 am (at 9 am all aboard) – the arrival of the participants on Saturday is essential, in order to proceed with the recording operations, briefing, galley. Return to port on Friday at the Marina di Cala dei Sardi at 6:00 pm, overnight on board and disembarkation on Saturday at 8:00 am

In order to cover the cost of diesel consumption, you will benefit from a fixed flat rate of €40/person/week, to be paid on your arrival, which will cover the cost of diesel (starter pack and diesel €160)
