This experience, in a nutshell

A week of intense and exciting sailing partly at night. Departing in Milazzo, following the tide times, we will enter the Strait of Messina to stop in the port of Reggio Calabria, a city that houses the Riace Bronzes, two masterpieces of classical Greek art, in the archaeological museum. The promenade offers a beautiful view of the strait and Sicily.

From the Calabrian capital we will set sail for Greece. At the end of the day and night navigation we will arrive in Kefalonia, a beautiful Greek island. With its dazzling white cliffs, the forests on the sea, the deep coves, the village and the port of Argostoli, it is worth a visit.

No less is nearby Zakynthos, famous for its deep, spectacular shipwreck bay that we will visit if the weather conditions allow it. From there, after a stop on the island of Oxia, with a nice sail we will enter the Gulf of Patras which takes its name from the main city of the Peloponnese where we will stop. Patras in addition to being a lively town, is an excellent starting point for visiting the hinterland thanks to railway lines and racks. The crossing of the Strait of Messina is an exciting experience not to be missed. The beauty of the island garden of Kefalonia with its scents and cliffs enlarges the heart,

The bays of Zakynthos are spectacular, delightful is the insole of Akra Oxia,

The castle of Patras is fascinating.

From the wonders of Sardinia to those of Menorca, the Balearics

I really enjoyed the cruise with Riccardo. He is an experienced sailor and I trusted him, which is very important, especially if you have make a long crossing between islands, as we did. Riccardo took us to a lot of pretty places, and the trip was filled with beautiful moments like eating dinner together with the entire crew while enjoying the sunset in a lovely bay at anchor, or swimming in the sea during the day to cool yourself down. La dolce vita. The boat is well-equipped and comfortable, and the captain goes out of his way to make everyone comfortable. Obviously there were also some misunderstandings, but honestly, that is to be expected in a group of people traveling and living together for a week, and I think all quarrels which arose were handled properly in the end. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Riccardo!
