Give this experience a try!

This experience, in a nutshell

Feel the soft blink of your eyelashes, a butterfly kiss that gently brushes against your closed eyelids. Savor the sweet salt that lingers in the breeze, resting lightly on the tip of your tongue. Smile with your palms open. Breathe. It brings the mind back to the body.

CRUISE HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Small group - max. 8 people for an intimate experience
  • Hidden bays and crystal clear waters
  • Waking up in different places every day
  • Meet like-minded people: "You leave as strangers, you return as friends."
  • Sunbathing on deck, relaxing, enjoying moments of peace
  • A sky full of stars, lots of nature and vitamin sea
  • Dolphin watching (if we're lucky!)

OUR TYPICAL DAY:

On the beach or surrounded by the turquoise sea, we start the day with a flow of Vinyasa that energizes us from head to toe, creating space in the body and heart. We have breakfast as we sail to the next adventure and enjoy a morning dedicated to reading, sunbathing, relaxing or learning to sail with our skippers.

After arrival, we drop anchor and dive into the water for a refreshing dip. Snorkeling and stand-up paddle equipment are also available, so you can experience the sea in a different way. A colorful lunch will be ready to recharge us with taste. In the afternoon, we can go on a hike and discover the wonders of the island. Or not. Read a book, observe the clouds or take a nap. After all, it's your retirement.

We meet in the evening for dinner and, later, for an evening yoga session dedicated to relaxation, breathing and meditation. During some special evenings we will find peace and connection through other community activities

Leg 1

Sunday: Athens to Agistri

Our journey begins with a sail from Athens to Agistri, a lush green island renowned for its pine forests, crystal-clear waters, and peaceful atmosphere. Known for its quiet bays and scenic coves, Agistri provides the perfect space for grounding ourselves in the retreat’s spirit. Feel the serenity of this small island’s beaches as you settle into the experience and tune into your inner awareness.

Leg 2

Monday: Agistri to Hydra

Sailing onward, we arrive in Hydra, an island rich in culture and history. Hydra, famous for its well-preserved 18th-century architecture and absence of motor vehicles, offers a true step back in time. Known for its lively yet unspoiled harbor, Hydra’s beauty inspired Leonard Cohen, and today, it serves as an artist haven. Legend has it that Hydra’s waters were blessed by Poseidon, making it a source of revitalization, a place to fully connect with nature, the sea, and each other.

Leg 3

Tuesday: Hydra to Spetses

From Hydra, we sail to Spetses, an island steeped in maritime heritage. Known for its elegant mansions and vibrant old port, Spetses played a key role in Greece’s 1821 War of Independence. The island still celebrates this legacy with traditional boat regattas. Its hidden beaches and inviting waters offer a peaceful escape, allowing us to relax into the rhythm of the island. From exploring the fragrant pine forests to enjoying the sandy shores, Spetses invites us to savor each moment in its quiet embrace.

Leg 4

Wednesday: Spetses to Ermioni

Continuing to Ermioni, a charming seaside village nestled between olive groves and ancient ruins, we find ourselves on an island that feels untouched by time. The tranquil atmosphere of Ermioni makes it ideal for deepening our connection with the natural world, while its clear waters invite us to dive in. Known for its vibrant local culture, Ermioni is a place to pause, be still, and take in the beauty of Greece’s quiet coastline.

Leg 5

Thursday: Ermioni to Poros

Our next stop is Poros, an island of lush forests and sandy beaches, separated from the mainland by a narrow sea channel that creates stunning views. According to legend, Poros is the birthplace of Poseidon’s son, Theseus, and was considered sacred to the sea god. Its vibrant town center with iconic clock tower and historic monastery offers a blend of culture and tranquility. Here, we can unwind, reflect on our journey, and enjoy the simple pleasures of Greek island life.

Leg 6

Friday: Poros to Athens

Our final sail takes us back to Athens, allowing for reflection on the week’s experiences. As we return to the lively city, the connections we’ve formed, with ourselves, nature, and each other, will remain with us.
