Give this experience a try!

This experience, in a nutshell

During our sailing course along the coast of Monte Argentario, Talamone/Parco dell'Uccellina and Giglio Island, our young sailors, in a group of up to 11 boys, will be guided through an unforgettable marine experience.

The safety of the participants is our top priority, so the choice of the itinerary will be influenced by the weather conditions and will take into account the age of the children, always ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Every day, in addition to sailing, we will dedicate 2 hours to theoretical lessons, dealing with the fundamental principles of sailing, nomenclature, the specific maneuvers of our schooner, as well as learning the winds and gaits. This will be followed by 2 hours of practical lessons, during which the children will learn how to weigh anchor, hoist the sails, tie sails and maneuver the rudder.

In optimal safety conditions, they will be encouraged to take an active role in the management of the boat, under the careful supervision of the captain and crew.

In addition, we will face environmental education sessions and actively participate in the collection of water samples using the "manta trawl", an instrumentation provided by the Californian association 5 Gyres.

These activities will allow children to understand the importance of marine conservation and actively contribute to scientific research.

Living on board the schooner will mean fully immersing yourself in sea life, actively participating in all activities and experiencing life on board in an authentic and engaging way.

Our itinerary

During our trip along the coast of Monte Argentario, Talamone/Parco dell'Uccellina and Giglio Island, we planned an itinerary that offers a wide variety of marine and land experiences to enrich the experience of our young sailors.

Starting from the picturesque coast of Monte Argentario, we will have the opportunity to explore its enchanting bays and inlets, with stops to snorkel and swim in the crystal clear waters.

Continuing along the coast towards Talamone and the Uccellina Park, we will have the opportunity to explore the nature reserves and pristine beaches of this beautiful protected area. Here, young sailors will be able to spot the abundant wildlife and learn about the importance of marine conservation.

Finally, we'll reach the enchanting Giglio Island, with its transparent waters and picturesque coastal villages. An ice cream on the ground, or rather an evening pizza, could be a welcome thing for our young boys.

Grazie ❤️ a presto

Grazie!!!
