Give this experience a try!

This experience, in a nutshell

As soon as you arrive on board, you can take a seat in your cabins and store your belongings in the lockers with which the boat is equipped. Then we will take a tour to become familiar with the spaces on board and understand how it works, from the marine toilets, to the kitchen, to the refrigerator, to the use of water and electricity, precious resources on board. Then we will move on to Safety, we will examine the on-board equipment and the behaviors to be followed. Finally, we will review the sail and mechanical equipment, with the main maneuvers for sailing and motor navigation.

Generally I try to give a balanced rhythm to cruises, with a mediation between sailing, stops in the roadsteads for swimming and naps under the large awning. When planning the navigation, we will take into account the weather forecast, which will guide us in choosing the best itineraries and the quietest bays.

I like to cook, sometimes I enjoy it, even if I am not a great cook, but I find it a relaxing activity and I like to dedicate myself to it. Those who wish to get into the kitchen will always be welcome, they will have three burners and an oven at their disposal, as well as a chest refrigerator to stow perishable foods. On board we have a fair amount of various pots, crockery and everything you need for good Italian cuisine, always considering that we are on a boat.

It could be defined as a "classic" boat, with its sleek and elegant lines, it often receives compliments from passing boats, during stops at anchor. It is suitable for those looking for a boat with character and deviates significantly from modern standards, while ensuring safe and comfortable navigation, even in adverse conditions.

There is no recipe for the perfect cruise, it is a matter of adequately mixing all the factors that compose it, always keeping them monitored and always intervening according to the situations that arise. For this reason, the collaborative and adaptive spirit typical of those who have had experiences of life in the community is required. It is also true that the freedom that the open space of the sea gives us makes our tasks much easier and there is always room for all the sailors on board.

I'm waiting for you!

Our itinerary

The itinerary may be subject to change depending on local weather and sea conditions.

On the first day, after consulting the weather forecast, checking the safety equipment and the main maneuvers to steer the boat, so that everyone is aware of them, we will head for Cala dell'Alga, under the north-eastern tip of Elba, where you can stop for a swim and breakfast.

In the afternoon we will continue to Seno d'Ortano, a beautiful bay between Rio Marina and Porto Azzurro. In the evening we can stop in Porto Azzurro for a visit to the town, with its bars and its characteristic alleys. The next morning we will head for Punta Calamita, where we can stop for lunch and a swim. In the afternoon we will head for Golfo Stella where we will spend the night in the roadstead. On the third day we will stop in the coves surrounding the Gulf of Porto Azzurro and in the early afternoon we will return to the Marina of the Tuscan Archipelago.

Sailing week in the Tuscan Archipelago: relaxing bays and beautiful islands!
