For those arriving by train , the station is a 4-minute walk from the port.

Solo travelers can book a single seat and will share the cabin with other travelers departing individually.

Traveling by boat is equivalent to traveling light! I recommend a backpack or a soft bag, like the ones you use in the gym, which you can fold up and store in the lockers of the cabin. It is not possible, however, to get on board with rigid suitcases or trolleys: in addition to taking up a lot of space, if they crash they could ruin the boat or hurt you. Essentials: swimsuit, sunscreen, hat and non-slip shoes. Don't forget personal medicine, sunglasses and a light jacket for the evening.

On board during the day we have solar panels that allow us to have plenty of power for all the phones to be recharged. Not at night!

practically during the day we invite you to avoid a sedentary lifestyle and we tend to activate all the muscles .. A simple and feasible program that everyone can support, it also lasts 10 minutes a day and is also integrated with water activity

Certainly meals will be supplemented with proteins, vitamins and essential amino acids.

They are called essential because our body needs them and does not produce them on its own. So except for prohibitions imposed by one's doctor (very rare cases and more for the elderly) they do very well.
