This experience, in a nutshell

A holiday on a spacious and comfortable sailboat (in compliance with the regulations of navigation and safety of the Spanish charter) in the Balearic Islands with skipper and sailor where you can visit Ibiza and Formentera, going as far as bays that cannot be reached by land.

Ibiza at any time of the year is spectacular, but Formentera is no less so, which is precisely why you may find yourself with the perplexity of deciding which of the two locations to visit first. Ibiza boasts a paradisiacal sea with a mix of spectacular colors offering great relaxation, between delicious mojitos with a local taste and fresh sea breezes, but thanks to the splendor of its waters and its picturesque seabed, Formentera is the ideal place for those who love transparent water where they can swim, dive and snorkel. Cast off and head for the Balearic Islands!

Leg 1

SUNDAY – Day 1

Boarding on Sunday afternoon from 18.00, where the staff will be waiting for you: a moment to get to know us all, but above all to get to know the boat, especially for those who have never taken a holiday on a boat. You can reach the boarding point from the airport by bus or taxi. In the evening, after taking a seat in your cabin (as per the skipper's instructions) and meeting the other crew members, ready to go!! Those who wish can reach the center of the old town of Ibiza through the alleys, being able to enjoy a dinner based on local specialties.

SUNDAY – Day 1

Leg 2

MONDAY – Day 2

After breakfast there will be a briefing with the skipper before going, all together, to make the weekly galley (food shopping and drinks). Around noon we will be ready for the maneuvers to leave the mooring by sailing for about 10 miles towards the Esplamador nature reserve. This island can only be reached by boat: we will find kilometers of totally virgin white sand beaches, without any construction, except for a watchtower, the Tower of Sa Guardiola; so we will be in an exclusive and wild place at the same time. A dip, a walk along the beautiful white and pink beach, a visit to the salt pans and we will enjoy the first aperitif with a beautiful sunset!

MONDAY – Day 2

Leg 3

TUESDAY – Day 3

In the morning when we wake up we will have our breakfast on the boat together, surrounded by an exceptional spectacle of nature. A nice swim in the crystal clear waters and off to the west of Ibiza passing through Es Vedrà: for those who reach it for the first time it is the magical island! Es Vedrà is shrouded in an aura of mystery and fascinating myths and evocative legends revolve around it: some claim it is the Island of the Sirens told in Ulysses' Odyssey, others a remnant of the lost civilization of Atlantis. We then continue with the Puesta del Sol, an Ibizan ritual that will remain one of the most indelible memories of the trip: the breathtaking sunset of Cala Comte, with the Conejera Island as a backdrop, in one of the most beautiful chiringuitos savoring the mojito sitting on the cliff.

TUESDAY – Day 3

Leg 4

WEDNESDAY – Day 4

When we wake up in Cala Comte, we'll take a last swim in this bay before hoisting the sails towards Cala Tarida, Cala D'Hort and Cala Llentresca: off we go to Formentera via the red cliffs of Porroig. In the evening, we'll sleep in Illetes, the famous sandstrip of Formentera. The name means ''beach of the small islands'' and it is so called because it is protected by several islets. Fine white sand, turquoise waters, totems made up of piles of stones erected by hippies as a sign of their passage and as a good omen... It is a double sea, calm on one side, a real paradise on earth, and rough on the other, where surfers are always looking for waves to ride. Aperitif on the boat at sunset and then dinner all together...

WEDNESDAY – Day 4

Leg 5

THURSDAY – Day 5

It's already Thursday, but we want to take you even further south... to show you one of the most evocative bays of Formentera, we go as far as Cala Saona. Here too the water is fantastic, you can see it from the reflections on the hulls of the boats from a mile away. Quiet and paradisiacal in beauty, the soft white sandy beach offers beautiful views of Punta Pedrera and Punta Rasa and offers the possibility of beautiful walks immersed in a green and silent landscape. There are also sheer cliffs to snorkel under, and here we will find the best mojito in the Balearic Islands! The sunset on the coast is a spectacle not to be missed: the contrast between the red color of the rocks and the intense blue of the sea, in addition to the view of the island of Ibiza in the background, is something truly unique in the world.

THURSDAY – Day 5

Leg 6

FRIDAY - Day 6

On Friday we will set off on a sail around the island of Formentera passing through Escalo', swimming here and there, and then anchoring in the evening in Es Pujols to go ashore and visit Formentera. An indelible memory to take home!

FRIDAY - Day 6

Leg 7

SATURDAY - Day 7

Departure in the morning by sail after a swim from the island of Formentera and heading to the salt pans of Ibiza for a last quick lunch all together and then off to the marina for disembarkation. We will return to the port between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm (for those who need to disembark before 2 pm can disembark in the bay in Ibiza or Formentera). During our sailings the notions of sailing will also be interesting to be able to steer and stay a little at the winches, otherwise what sailing holiday is it?

SATURDAY - Day 7

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Your holiday in the paradisiacal sea of Ibiza & Formentera

First of all, I would like to point out that I have been going on a boat holiday for about 10 years and that in this period I have had the opportunity to experience various types of boats and skippers. An important premise is to be aware that some deficits of this holiday were due to the exceptional wave of bad weather, following some as anticipated by telephone we fortunately did not suffer damage. Having said that, a first deficit was in my opinion the path, very far from what was indicated in the program. It goes without saying that safety comes first, so far from me saying that we should not have remained safe, but I can say that once the bad weather was over, we could have moved much more. We have seen very little compared to the published program. Having said that, great credit to Angelo the skipper for choosing a sheltered position given the weather forecast and having done everything possible during the storm not to tear the line from the buoy on a dead body. There were also some downtimes that could have been optimized, for example more than half a day for the galley in Ibiza, far from the port of Sant'Eularia where we were welcomed, as well as the waiting time to know the port of disembarkation, also here and then find ourselves in Sant'Eularia. The weather I repeat has done its job but we could have moved a little more unmarked by the bad weather, there are beautiful places that we have not seen and 6 days pass quickly. For the rest, even in this case, it was a holiday on a motor boat. more than a sailboat. In conclusion, Angelo exquisite person, good and competent, we were well and very lucky not to suffer damage during the storm and 80 knots of exceptional wind, nothing personal but what is written above is the result of this week.

Positive experience both for the company and the professionalism of the captain, the only drawback was the port of embarkation was not Ibiza as scheduled and consequently the transfers by taxi to Ibiza for the evening and especially the galley made the next day in Ibiza bought the delayed departure, ... I recommend the galley to do in the port of departure
