Über mich

Genovese di nascita e marinaio per vocazione. Amo navigare, pescare, immersioni sub e tutto quanto altro si può fare in mare. Mi dicono che sono un cuoco notevole (ho anche lavorato nella ristorazione) e avendo la passione per i fornelli, mi fa piacere cucinare a bordo. Mi divido tra un lavoro part time in remoto, una famiglia alle Baleari ove abbiamo scelto di vivere, e la barca a vela. Voglio condividere queste passioni con equipaggi che amino ascoltare il mare, vivere la barca nel rispetto della privacy reciproca e senza necessariamente dover trasformare una crociera in campeggio nautico (es.: 8 persone di equipaggio in una barca di 12 m). Per questo motivo per le mie crociere accetto al massimo quattro ospiti (2 + 2). Se siete single, contattemi prima di prenotare.

Genovese di nascita e marinaio per vocazione Formato su derive, monoscafo e multiscafo, 25 anni fa mi sono appassionati agli yachts da crociera. Ho comandato charters nei Caraibi e nel Mediterraneo prima di comprare la mia barca attuale nel 2013: uno Jeanneau 54DS (16.5m) con qui la mia famiglia ha navigato nei Caraibi per un anno. Oggi, semi pensionato e con la passione per la vela, sono lieto di condividere la mia esperienza e la mia barca con equipaggi che hanno la mia stessa passione per il mare. Non amo i grandi gruppi di sconosciuti e non faccio questo solo per soldi quindi, nonostante le dimensioni della mia barca accolgo equipaggi di solo 4 persone in due cabine di poppa ciascuna con proprio bagno. Posso insegnare navigazione a vela e cucina di bordo. In barca abbiamo: Comfort: generatore, scaldabagno, dissalatore, lavapiatti e tender con fuoribordo Sport: kayak, paddle board, snorkling, e pesca (Scuba da discutere) Cucina: frigo, ghiacciaia, forno e fornello 4 fuochi

A fantastic week living aboard Marina Oro sailing from Mallorca to Menorca and back, exploring a variety of coves, beaches and wild anchorages. The ability to adapt the itinerary to the weather forecast and crew’s whims was a big advantage. We booked the whole boat even though there were just two of us and this gave us even more flexibility on time spent sailing, swimming, kayaking, snorkelling, exploring, chilling, eating and drinking! Skipper Enrico is a multilingual adventurer with a fascinating CV - a true global citizen, sharing fascinating insights into Mallorca/Menorca and other sailing destinations. We felt very safe in his hands, he is clearly a seasoned sailor and knows his lovely boat inside out. We shared the cooking duties and consumed a trolley load of food and drink, and some fresh fish. Beer, G&T and Rum - and Italian coffee - all made regular appearances. Enrico shared his Grandma’s Carbonara secrets and his father’s bottle of red wine. We would have no hesitation in recommending Enrico and his boat, Marina Oro, to those seeking flexibility and more space on a charter. It is definitely not a “pile them high/squeeze them in approach”. We appreciated that greatly.

It has been a wonderful experience to go on this boat with Enrico! The boat is fully equipped with luxurious furniture for a sailboat: AC, dishwasher, washing machine, kayak, paddleboard, snorkeling gear, etc. It's pretty rare to see all of this in other boats! It has been a blast sharing the space with Enrico, as he always makes sure you're having the best moment possible. We saw amazing calas, sunsets, and had so much fun. I'll come back for sure! Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience.
